Designed to be multifunctional, this simple timeless drop leaf table can be made to fit any space. These are often used in apartments and condos where space is a premium. They can double as a sofa table,  console table, and can be pulled out and opened to serve as a dining table. They are great for an eat in kitchen and can be opened for more guests or activities requiring more space. 
Typical size for this design is a 18" wide center section with (1) 18" leaf for a total of 36" wide. This design is well suited for sizes where the leaf exceeds 16". 
This is a solid wood design with the legs matching the top, the built example is white oak with other species available. The other examples are of our two leaf metal base design but show the wood options
The top is finished to approx. 1-1/4" thick
Available with a nesting bench.
